How to enable video play on other players or device?
Dear VidMate user, the new version of VidMate includes Smart Muxer technology developed by PLAYit team, which helps to reduce download failures. Other players don't support this technology and can't play downloaded videos, so we suggest users install PLAYit to play videos. If you still find PLAYit unsatisfactory, you can select ME>Settings>Download and turn off Smart Muxer, then you can re-download the videos and enable video play in other apps, PC and TV.
